Engineering Services

VR3 offers design and project engineering services for products pertaining to specialized manufacturing or field services requirements beyond the normal process equipment and machine building scope of VR3.

VR3 performs site reviews, drawings, models and calculations of mechanically based projects. Reports are provided as required for each project.

    Typical Services are as follows:

• Field modifications, replacements and retrofits of existing process equipment
• Produce engineering drawings of existing equipment, tanks and structures
• “Reverse Engineering” and manufacturing of replacement or obsolete wear parts
• On-site measurement and equipment evaluation
• Coordinate specialized machining and manufacturing to ensure best use of technology, quality, value and schedule control
