VR3’s Discharge Press technology is ideal for transferring and accurate metering of viscous or thixotropic products. VR3 designs and manufactures the complete custom tank, clamp, and press head system components.

VR3’s compact 'press head' configuration clamps the tank and press head into one stuctural package eliminating heavy and elaborate press frame fabrications while providing simpler alignment, easier cleanup and safer operation.

Press heads are powered by electromechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators as desired or required to exceed process performance requirements.
